A silk shawl decorated with natural plants is a true symphony of luxury and naturalness. Wild silk has an uneven, slightly rougher texture, but like real silk, it gently envelops, giving a feeling of warmth and authenticity. Wild silk resembles linen or cotton in appearance and is obtained from wild Tussah silkworms, which feed on various forest materials. Cocoons from wild silkworms are collected after the butterfly has already left the cocoon, so the fibers are shorter and thicker.
