Description

NATURAL SILK CARE

Hand wash/machine wash – no more than 30°C, set to “silk” or “delicates” mode. The last rinse is recommended with vinegar, which restores silk’s shine.
Do not bleach. Use only natural fabric softeners intended for silk.
Do not dry in an electric dryer. Wring out washed clothes gently by hand, do not shake wet fabric.
Iron only inside out at low temperatures. Steam can be used.
Occasionally, it is advisable to air the fabric in a cool room (e.g. -20°C). In such cold, moth eggs, which are extremely fond of natural materials, die.

Regular airing of clothes does not leave any odor, and washing can be postponed for up to 2 weeks!

Remember that silk fibers are weakened by sweat, deodorants and direct sunlight. Silk fabric is damaged by cosmetics containing alcohol (perfumes, hair, nail polish, etc.).

ADVANTAGES OF SILK

Aggressive dyes are not used to dye silk, because silk would simply disintegrate and lose its properties, which is why it is a hypoallergenic, antibacterial fabric. Natural silk is the best choice for those with irritated, allergic, sensitive skin;
